- We can call, sms or email to customer in working hour 8AM To 8PM.
- We will also share the customer data to our partner companies, persons to deliver the services to customers.
- For Tour Package booking cancellation, Before 15 days of arrival 25%. amount will be refunded of booking amount.
- For Tour Package booking cancellation, Before 30 days of arrival 35%. amount will be refunded Of booking amount.
- For Tour Package booking cancellation, Before 50 or 50+ days of arrival 45%. amount will be refunded of booking amount.
- For Tour Package booking cancellation, below 15 and below 15 days of arrival 0%. amount will be refunded of booking amount.
- For other service like cruise booking, taxi booking, hotel booking, activitiy booking cancellation no booking amount will be refunded as we instantly proceed the payment to third party for booking process.
- Information, spelling of words, statics might be wrong on website due to typing, changing in informtion in past time or due to any reason. Kindly reply us on mail expholidays@gmail.com, so that we could cross verify and update the right information.
