• Extended Late Check Out - 05 Hours (subject to availability) Rs.1,700.00 (inclusive GST)

• Additional supplement Compulsory per person gala dinner Rs.2950.00 (including GST) will be charge for 31st Dec Stay.

Room Occupancy Policy

• Please reduce Rs.500.00 for single occupancy, rates not valid between 15th Dec to 15th Jan.
• Max 3 Adults Only.
• Only One Extra Mattress will be allowed in one room.

Child & Infant Policy

• Children below the age of 05 years will be complimentary.

Peak Season Surcharges -

• Peak Season Surcharge Compulsory between 15th December to 15th January Rs.1120 (including gst) extra Per Room/per night

Meal Supplement Policy:-

• All meals will be served at the main restaurant.
• CP (Rooms + Breakfast)
• Meal Supplements Rs.550/- Rs.750 per person per meal including tax.

Booking Terms and Conditions

• Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off date after which they will be released.
• Bookings confirmed only after 50% payment in advance.
• Rates subject to change without prior intimation.
• Foreigner, NRI or POI should have a valid passport & visa to check in at the property.
• Any hikes in Govt. taxes the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room rates / meals.

Group Booking Policy

• 35% Advance Payment at the time of booking.
• 35% 02nd Advance Payment 15 days before arrival.
• 30% remaining amount along with the rooming list at least 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• No refund for cancellations from 15th Dec to 15th Jan during Peak Season.
• 90% refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
• 50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
• No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
• If there are unused nights or early check-out, there will be 100% retention.
• The Resort will not be responsible for any Postponement / natural calamities / Cancellation of Flights and Ferry’s.
• If on No Show there will be 100% retention.
